Do you prefer for analog sticks to be placed symmetrically on a controller, as with PlayStation controllers and the Classic Controller, or do you prefer for them to be placed diagonally as with Xbox and GCN controllers?

Xbox/GC configuration. It feels really weird when they are side by side and down low on the controller. If they were up higher and a little bit more part I probably wouldn't mind.

i really think the dualshock is pretty much the perfect controller, even if some small aspects are slightly better on other controllers...either way, i prefer its analog stick alignment as well

I very slightly prefer diagonal analog stick layout, but I like some other aspects of the dualshock 3 enough that it's my favorite controller

I love the dualshock design, but the gamecube will always have the most comfortable controller, so I'm going with that layout.

I love the Playstation controllers and the Wii Classic Controller. Not a fan of the Xbox controller though.

Aside from the shitty d-pad, the 360's controller is pretty goddamn outstanding. I prefer them diagonal because in almost anything besides an FPS, your hands are going to be on the top half of the controller most of the time.
