Title: Weeds has for the umpteenth time jumped the shark
Post by: [REDACTED] on May 20, 2011, 12:50:28 PM
The storyline for the new season involves Nancy actually spending three entire years in prison and starting a new life in New York City. (http://www.sho.com/site/weeds/about.sho) I know Jenji Kohan wants this season to be the last despite her disagreements with Showtime and this is a way to ensure it, so think of this season as non-canon.

It was great until after the third season when they stepped outside of the cult of suburbia and the show becoming an anti-legalization mouthpiece.
