Title: Help me remember a movie, boyah.

It was an animated movie they showed on cartoon network some years ago, back when they showed movies on saturday nights.

It had this guy in a top hat and his friend was a cat. I feel like the movie was in black and white. though i can't remember.

nooo...it wasn't either of those. The cat didn't have a hat, he was friends with a guy in a hat.

and cats don't dance didn't a guy with a top hat I don't think.
