I would say MGS4 was the game that had me almost bawlling. Even though I almost cried in the later chapters Vamp dying, Raiden almost dying, Naomi dying
The most tolling on me was when it starts to play the Love theme in the place where the Mk. III and Snake are going through with Snake literally almost dying, then it shows the split screen of the Metal Gear Rays attacking the USS Missouri

I almost cried at the beginning of the game too, when it was playing the first cut scene
ALSO when you revisit Shadow Moses Island :'( and it played The Best is Yet to Come out of no where
Harry Gregson-Williams went all out with the music :'(
the sadder parts of Wind Waker's ending :'(
MGS4 I cried like a bitch.
And I literally just beat Mother 3 and I cried. Dammit.
