Title: Humble Indie Bundle 2
Post by: C.Mongler on December 14, 2010, 12:55:46 PM
Same as last year, pay whatcha want, get 5 cool indie games for Windows, Mac, or Linux. I personally paid 5 because I own Braid and Machinarium already, but I figured eh what the cheese. Currently downloading Revenge of the Titans to waste time instead of studying for finals because it looks kinda fun.

GAMEZ:
Braid
Cortex Command
Machinarium
Osmos
Revenge of the Titans

why would you want to play it on Wii instead

World of Goo often requires a lot of quick precision - I can't imagine it being nearly as manageable with a Wiimote as it is with a mouse

Bought it and played it on Wii before the indie bundle came out and before I had a PC that could run it (seriously, my PC sucked)

I like Cortex Command, because filling a Rocket MkI with crabs and assailing the enemy's base with it is utter rape.

I still can't download Machinarium.

Also, Aquaria is awesome and I actually scrapped with the guys who made it.

Yeah, well TF2 is so poorly optimized it's not funny. They've shrunk down the model precache so much just to allow so many more shitty hats that a lot of maps are unusable now.

What humble games are worth playing?
I have both bundles, and the only games I've played out of each of them are World of Goo and Braid. I'm not interested in any artsy games. Which ones are just fun? Descriptions would be good tooooo

You'd be quite wrong. It's like playing Half-Life, only without the awesome.
