Not a song that you just really love (though obviously they can often end up being one in the same), but a song in which you think every aspect is great. The melody, the lyrics, the balance, the tone, emotion, etc.
I'll start it off...

baddood; It is the most perfect song in existence.

The Who - Love, Reign O'er Me
It is the greatest song ever recorded, and the finale to the greatest album The Who ever recorded.

These songs aren't memorable enough (i.e. I like them but I can't remember most of the song) but have some damned great moments:

Brofist.
Anyway:

The only flaw in that one is that it was broken into two parts on the album. Why would you do that, Phoenix? Why?
the tender sad melody 'Meditation' by Massenet. it is wonderful.

Neutral Milk Hotel - Two Headed Boy Pt. 2
The Mountain Goats - Going to Georgia
It probably doesn't fit in well here and I'm sure many would disagree, but...
Best trance song I have ever come across: it makes me feel as if the world is starting over again

akudood;
I'm seeing FYS next month <3
I guess when I hear flawless, I think of something where I wouldn't get the urge to pinpoint and feel like a particular instrument or vocal line needs to be added or removed. Nevertheless, this song is absolutely perfect in every way. Flawless as it swells and builds and eventually overflows at the end.

I think the majority of songs I like are flawless in their own ways ;_;
So I've just picked the ones that have been with me without losing their touch:
