That means a perfect soundtrack, ideal graphics (that means they perfectly fit the game, not that they have 28973569283623 polygons), are fun the whole way through, AND FREE OF ANY NOTICEABLE BUGS (which excludes every goddamn game this past gen). Some of you dumbasses will say "LOL NO SUCH THING AS A PERFECT GAME EXISTS", but you're simply wrong and haven't played enough games.
The first one won't be much of a surprise, but I can without doubt say it's the only flawless game within its genre:
(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/9e/Thunder_Force_IV.jpg)
Seriously, if you haven't played it, get a goddamn emulator and the ROM and play it right now.
The next one WILL surprise you. I guarantee absolutely none of you will be able to predict it.

I'm not necessarily sure if it was my favorite in the series, but I know it can't possibly be improved in any way because every single aspect of it went just as the developers could've imagined. It's one of like 2 games I actually enjoy on that console.
STARCRAFT
Literally the perfect game. Amazing gameplay, battle.net kicks ass, and the soundtrack is awesome.

As predictable as it sounds, Ocarina of Time is perfect and you know it baddood;
I also think Shadow of the Colossus is perfect.
MGS is very well done as well.

It's too easy.
Flawless? I'm not sure I can even think of anything that is perfect in every way like that, but the closest ones I can think of are EarthBound, Super Metroid, Metroid Prime, Kirby Super Star, Donkey Kong Country 2, Banjo Tooie, Wind Waker, Final Fantasy 6, and uh...I guess that's it. But even then I can think of some small things wrong with basically all these games.

Here's one flaw: after you get through an area, there's never any reason to go back.
In most RPGs, after you defeat the boss and whatever in one zone, you can generally go back to some place later and find some cool shit.
In Paper Mario, that corner of the world simply dies completely and gives it too much of a linear feel.
But overall it's a great game and I love it.

No ability to travel around as you please like in Mother 1 and 2. Awesome game, but I really missed the towns since they made the world feel so much more alive.
also, lack of starmen
And SMW and SMB3 are about as perfect as platformers get. I love Sonic 3 more, but it's just full of bugs... although I've only noticed them popping up recently, so maybe my cart is screwed up or something. I often fall through walls and crash the game.

OoT is a much more complete game than Link's Awakening baddood;
Riviera the Promised Land is in my opinion a flawless game. The characters, gameplay, RPG elements, and the animated sprite graphics all work together to produce its flawlessness. I see no way of being able to improve the game, other then porting it to other systems. I feel if they made it into a game with a 3D environment it would completely ruin the atmosphere of the game.
I would like to say Zelda a Link to the Past, I can't think of anything wrong with it, but I think it's just because I'm a Zeldafag fanboy.

The Pokemon series suffers the same problem Paper Mario does: the world pretty much dies when you get through it.
I really don't see why Game Freak doesn't just slap randomly generated trainers in a game and have their levels actually scale up whenever you rebattle them.
Being the only trainer in the game with pokemon above level 60 is just boring.
