Does anyone here know if a modded PlayStation can play emulators from different consoles? If so, which consoles can the emulator play?

I don't know if they can play Dreamcast games but I know the Dreamcast can play some PS1 games via Bleemcast.

Well I know a modded Xbox can play several emulators. But I wanted to know about the PS1.
