Surprised nobody has mentioned Fable 2 yet. I haven't played it, but I played the original Fable and liked it a lot.
Battlefield 1943 is a solid choice for a multiplayer FPS, but a download only title so you'll need a MS points card to pay for it.
Sam & Max is available, and I would also recommend The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai.
Also, obligatory mention of mainstream shootan games Call of Duty, Halo, and Gears of War.
