I briefly got an E68 error when I first booted up my 360 this morning, but it went away after a quick reboot. Knowing how lousy the hardware is though, I looked up the code and apparently it's a sign of a hard drive failure so it looks like my 20GB from 2006 is going to die soon. What is a reasonable price for a 60GB HDD? No, I'm not going to get a 120GB because I don't need much space, and they don't make 20GB HDDs anymore as far as I know.
They're $100 new lol.
though i did find this (http://cgi.ebay.com/Genuine-Microsoft-XBOX-360-60GB-Hard-Drive-HDD-MINT_W0QQitemZ330346481580QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVideo_Games_Accessories?hash=item4cea2f47ac&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65:12|66:2|39:1|72:2149|293:1|294:50#ht_1779wt_783) idk.

Seems like a good deal, however it doesn't say if the HDD comes with a transfer cable, and my gold subscription doesn't end until next year. I also already have 2 headsets (one is a backup incase my current one dies) so I don't need those at all and you can find ethernet cables everywhere.
And no I'm not going to buy a refurbed 20GB, as they aren't guaranteed to work, and there's the fact that they've already aged somewhat, lessening their effective lifetime to me as a consumer.
However, if my current HDD does die on me soon, I'll probably get that if I don't find anything better deal-wise.
