What's your favorite band from the past couple years?

Mine happens to be a pop-punk band called Sing It Loud.

Um idk about "new" bands, but I've recently gotten into both MGMT and Pinback. The latter being from recommendations on this forum.

Whispertown2000 formed in 2004 I suppose...
and Paul Baribeau has been around not that long...

I just like Joanna Newsom the best but she's not that new
