In my opinion I think they're just hearing shit. I don't even recall hearing any lyrics in any of the videos that I've seen of LittleBigPlanet.
This reminds me of when Nintendo was forced to change the song in Ocarina's Fire Temple because people are stupid and swear they hear things in the songs. befuddlement
