Title: Is it just me or do half the banners never show up?

I haven't seen half of them in a while, but they're still in the banner folder.

The ones that I hardly see are 'I almost falled too', that parhk the cahr one, the weird Russian one Snorkel added and the 'Boyah pushing the limit'... Oh and I haven't seen 'Hey you little slut in forever'.

Speaking of banners, you can just go ahead and get rid of "pushing the envelope" and the painting figurines one, because they're terrible.
