Title: Is No More Heroes really a great game?
Post by: fox127 on July 20, 2008, 01:05:43 PM
I heard it's down to like $30 now and I wanted to get it along with my Wii for my birthday.
But, I have played it, love the fighting style and such. Boss fights are a little challenging. But all in all, who has actually played and liked/disliked it? Why? befuddlement

I heard you have to do minigames for money, what kind? Give me good reasons (Not retarded ones) on why or why not to buy it. GOGOGOGOGO.

For $30 I'd buy it twice.

I'd get it.

Your initial playthrough is pretty fun,, thekill missions before the main assassin missions  are a little short and redundant but still fun. The other minigames are silly like graffiti cleaning,mine disarming etc. but are only entertaining in short doses.

But after your first playthrough, there's not much incentive to go back unless you missed a lot of stuff before.

It's like and 8/10 game to me, fun, combat is addicting and the cutscenes and characters are fantastic.

Gamestop allows you to rent games (Unofficially).

You buy a used game, finish it in 30 days, trade it back for another game spam;
