Back from my one month trip to Syria and Italy. It was pretty interesting.
Oh, yeah. A couple years ago, I lost a Pokemon Sapphire version I really cared about. I had caught 198 out of 200 Pokemon. Well, while rummaging through my closet, my mom found it and asked if I wanted it. So I took it, and opened it up. I had caught 198 out of 200 Pokemon, and had 341 hours of playing time on it. That's 2 weeks!
Alright, so we land in Italy right? And everything is in Italian. And none of us speak or read Italian. So we are off to a terrific start. doodthing;
So we spend our first day in Rome. We really didn't see anything because we were mostly looking for our hotel.Traffic is terrible. They make two lane roads three lanes, three lanes four, and so one. And motorcyclists are always weaving between two. They're maniacs.
So second day, we spend some time in Rome, doing I don't remember, and set out to Florence. We go to a museum, where we see a couple of famous paintings (why do I not remember anything?).
The next day, we go to Venice. Venice was my favorite of the big cities. We rode on the water buses, and just walked around, but it was really cool. Gondolas were 80 freaking euros for a ride, and since we aren't exactly made of gold, we didn't ride one.
The fourth day, we spent driving back to Rome. On the way, we stopped in Sermione, and nice small town, with a nice lake, and Pisa. Boy, I was really disappointed in Pisa. The Leaning Tower was a lot shorter, and a lot fatter than I thought. Oh, and I forgot to mention, we accidentally stole gas in Sermeione. My uncle and mom were arguing about who was to pay.So while my uncle was filling up, my mom went down to buy water. However, my uncle thought she was going to pay for gas, and after it filled up, we left. lol theifs powerofone;
So we spent our fifth and last day in Rome. We saw the Colosseum and something else. It was ok. I'm more of a nature person than a historical person, so that's why I didn't really like Rome that much. Plus, the traffic is hell.
So then, we left for Syria. And I'll talk about that later. I'm trying to write a post, not a damn book.

Sounds fun, I will hopefully be going to spain in two weeks for work and that will be the first time I'm out of the country.

I would have suicided if I lost a pokemon game
I want to go to Rome sometime in my life

As fun as traveling is, I'm not going anywhere over there again until either
a) the value of the euro dies
b) the value of the dollar goes way up
or c) I'm rich beyond belief
