If Electric types are super effective to Water, why aren't they to Steel? psyduck;

They got an effectiveness marker on the new Diamond and Pearl games, but it works like shit. Just think it out in your head and you should be fine.

Well I don't understand how fighting and ground(I think) is strong against normal, but rock isn't.   psyduck;
Shouldn't they all hit a fluffy thing like Chansey pretty hard?
