Too many. I had a GBA, but that was before I had any knowledge about good games, so I played garbage all day. I still need to get:
-Final Fantasy 4-6
-Final Fantasy Tatics
-All advance wars
-All those rpgs
i think theres more too

I was all into Yu-Gi-Oh! (2001-2004.) at the time...

But atleast I got some Pokemon games.

I missed :

Botkai
Golden Sun
Advanced Wars
Final Fantasy 4-6
Minish Cap
Some Mario games

I played with my friend's game, does that count? Also, I never got to finish them. ;_;

Metroid Fusion
Zero Mission

and some other stuff

I never played any of the Advance Wars or Golden Sun games, and I've wanted to try them for a while now. I also never played the Fire Emblem that came out on the GBA, nor the Castlevania games.

also boktai

Boktai was great, until I got massive sun burns from playing it all day in the burning summer sun. >.<

I still need to get some of the Castlevania games and the sequels to Advance Wars.

I got the first boktai. The sun sensor is super shitty, you can't play it indoors in sunlight, you have to be directly under the sun outside. That being said I haven't gotten past the first level, because I only play GBA games at night.

But I believe they fixed the sensor's problems in boktai 2.

I actually did miss out on Zero Mission. I didn't bother with it because I didn't really want a remake, but now I'm feeling like I should've tried it anyway, because it looks promising.

But I doubt it could be as good as the amazing game that is Metroid Fusion.

actually, i have a hard time deciding.

Zero Mission is usually my 2nd favorite out of the two JUST because it's too short. Now if it were another hour longer Zero would be my favorite. Gameplay is a lot better but less exploring as most complain

I actually think Zero mission is a bit longer, but it's just nowhere near as good.

Also, Fusion has better graphics for some odd raisin.

The F-Zero for GBA sucks, not worth your money.

Basically all I played on GBA were the Pokemon, Mario, Zelda, and Sonic games.
All I missed that I know I would have liked were the Kirby games. I'm not sure about Final Fantasy or whatever else.
