The revolution controller made me thing Nintendo was going to commit suicide, but after watching some demos I became more interested though still skeptical. And after the E306 press conference, I was really confident about the "Wii"... even if the Miis were ugly and had huge ears.

As soon as I saw the Revolution controller, I loved it. Maybe because I'm a Nintendo fanboy deep down inside. powerofone;
Also, I kind of wish Sony would've kept the boomerang controller. befuddlement

Also I'm not sure what that controller would have felt like.  befuddlement

And I if I remember correctly, the prototype for the PlayStation 3 had clear buttons like the PSP correct?

If you look closely, you can see that the buttons are see-through on the first post.

I thought it was awful too until I saw this picture, makes it look comfortable because you see the size of it compared to a hand. Looks awesome

Oh good lord, I remember that. I also remember when the 20 GB wasn't supposed to have HDMI. n_u

And I agree, I think they should have actually let people try out the PlayStation 3 controller prototype instead of just showing it to them so they could bitch.

Exactly. Sony fucked up when they showed the pictures without showing how big the controllers are. It's very awesome and comfortable but Sony is a huge faggot.

I believe Sony made the pictures of that prototype available to the public about a week before E3 2004.

I can't see them, but I just copy and paste the URLs in the address box and I can see them.

The only image that I can't see even after doing that is the image for the Nintendo design of the PlayStation.

I'm definitely glad they changed it to what it is today, but they could've stuck with the B button's bean design.
