I was thinking maybe Mac OS X's Terminal.
like the little mac window bar thing, but with the nice black and dark colors for the body stuff and a dark, mac-like background (maybe kind of like leopard's default)
Or something maybe similar to Nintendo's new style, but we can try to incorporate a more retro style like in that Reading Rainbow flash you all obsess over. weewee;
Or just entirely go for the retro rainbows and awesome block style and all that.

or how about you slap up the cms first then we modify it since i can't possibly build a theme for something i've never seen and don't know how it's set up or what it even is
