Title: Ubuntu on mah fash drive
Post by: CHAOS66 on January 05, 2008, 05:26:02 PM
I'm thinking about putting Ubuntu Gutsty (7.10) on my flash drive. But, I have some questions. Will all my documents and things be saved, or only the ones I keep on my flash drive? Also, would extra apps be on there too (like filezilla, etc.)?

Nevermind you can't partition a PNY flash drive :(
And you can't boot from one, since it doesn't come up in BIOS.

Or maybe because it's formatted as FAT32.... does it have to be formatted as FAT? And, I'd save to Ubuntu,
