Title: I must have the perfect inverse of Firefox...
Post by: Infel on December 20, 2007, 06:20:24 PM
My Firefox rarely crashes, doesn't have much problems in the way of memory leaks, though that's probably a new fix, it plays flashes better than IE, which is supposed to be the best for that, and it struggles with tiles...

Firefox is normally an opposite of this. What happened?

I'm pretty sure Firefox has always had good flash performance.

Nothing happened. People who complain about Firefox have shitty computers or are exaggerating.

It's supposedly less than IE, though.

Even then, they're still exaggerating.

i don't recall you ever having a little os x icon under your name

When someone says a Mozilla app on OS X is complete and utter shit, it's not an exaggeration.

because i've never left my house before

My high school kept a small reserve of iMacs in the "AVTECH" room in the library that were much more open, almost to the point where they were like home computers. There were still some web blocks though, such as one on porn sites. Anyway, they had extra browsers installed, including Firefox and Opera. Firefox of course wasn't the best browser to use, but it's not as bad as you make it sound.

Are you kidding me? WebKit has horrible flash performance, you should know that. Mozilla products, OS X or Windows, have better flash performance than Safari or Shiira.

Except the keyboard is out of whack in the presence of a flash game at the very least.
