How did Shelly de Killer end up with the "teddy-bear face" as Pearl called it? Is that ever explained anywhere?
Also, if
[spoiler]Celeste's suicide note was fake,[/spoiler] then who wrote it? And did she ever really write one? psyduck;

We don't know and it really wouldn't matter but I think the game hints more towards yes, someone took the note to hide it, or destroy it.
