Yeah, I got stuck on 15 too. Now that I finally know how to get past it, there's some weird glitch that prevents me from launching a portal. psyduck;

I got stuck right there too. That's the one where you have to put the holes on the top and bottom and do some contiuous fall shit...

Or that's what it implies.

I think you're supposed to climb that right wall by raising the blue (or yellow) portal that you put on it a tiny bit every time while you fall until it gets high enough that you fall out of the top onto the platform...

...if that made any sense. It's sort of hard to explain in words.
