Title: What do work study programs pay?
Post by: Daddy on September 02, 2007, 12:32:34 PM
When I went to the financial aid office on Friday the guy told me to come back in a week or two and he'll try to find me something with the work study program.   He said they send out the pay checks every 2 weeks. He also made me feel special because he said they normally don't give out work study to incoming freshmen.  caterpie;

How is it that unskilled workers in New York seem to get paid more even though the minimum wage is lower than Massachusetts?

My brother gets paid $8.50 an hour to direct cars into our campus parking lot. Not too bad.  powerofone;
