If you count online ordering (via website) as mobile ordering (i.e. not exclusively through an app or SNS) i've used it in the past for fiveguys, firehouse, and a few local places that used some menu service.

I've never used a dedicated Starbucks/panera/etc app, on my phone to do so.

i count it since you can access it via the mobile browser
but i like download the app in two seconds and pay via apple pay so i just give my credit card to one company lol
but like for the chick-fil-a one app that one i might keep and i'll just reload it via giftcards from target that i get 5% off

I dont' go there frequently.

The last two times I went entailed:

-I was at the mall and needed to grab something quickly
-I filled out the survey from that trip and got a free sandwich I wanted to redeem.

That was in like Oct/November 2015.  And prior to that was 2010 or 2011

and uh edit because thinking back even that time in '10/'11 was because I had a coupon for a free sandwich

they always have some kind of offer on their app, right now it's like buy one get one taco, but for the first like 3 months of the app's existence they had 40% off your order if you used visa pay
