Stayed at a college relatively close to home for financial aid reasons
Made no progress at all with my trans issues; something that I expected to lead somewhere around the time of this post fell apart very quickly and I haven't done anything since.
I've somehow managed to have even less of a social life now than I did then
I'm further away from potential love, too, considering the 3:1 gender ratio here
I still haven't gotten around to Piano or Japanese learning
At least I managed to stay alive, build a new desktop, get a laptop, and get a phone

2012 Kaz, where the fuck are you? What the fuck are you doing? You know what I'm doing. Failing school. Missing classes. Putting off making up assignments I've missed. I don't know anymore if I want to do this whole teaching thing. But I haven't been putting enough effort into it to know if I really don't like it. So I'll probably be coming back to school again next semester anyway to try to put that effort in.
I've decided to focus more on writing, either way. Not much has really come of it yet, at least nothing more than a few paragraphs of stuff, but it's a start, and I'm really gonna try to stick to this. Clearly, writing is the one thing I know I can do, and that I really enjoy doing, and that I know I'm good enough at to make some money in a way that I truly find worthwhile. I need to just go for this, man. And I hope it's working out for you.
By the way, how's the girl situation? Get a girl yet? I'll honestly be surprised if you have. Can't say I see it happening any time soon.
Things don't seem very hopeful right now, 2012 Kaz. But I'm trying to stay happy anyway. That's what's really important anyway, right?

Well, I never posted in this even though I was sure I had and it's purely disgusting that this is appearing again.
But this last year, man, this year.....this last year......
You get to a point where you have a few things cemented down and in stone. A handful of handholds that you can use to boost up and hang on to. Things you get out of the way, to check off, even temporarily. And I guess that's the key word.
But there are also those uglier attitudes and frames of mind and habits that you thought you were going to shake, but are hanging on heavier than ever. You know the ones.
I guess it's a good thing, though. You know, character building shit. Everyone gets a year they can look back on and grimace towards over a beer or two. It's not over yet. By December you're going to be cracking your skull against the wall, but I'd imagine spring's going to be rad. Of course, that might not pan out. Or it might.
Regardless, keep on building, 2013 me, and keep kicking you lucky bastard.

I guess that was my only post on this thread. Here in the year 2021 which is about to roll over to 2022 and they still haven't fixed all the glitches in the matrix. Things are going pretty good but I still find time to sweat the petty things. My poops are usually good but sometimes they scare me lmao. Waifu and i do well most of the time. She's becoming more smart than I am capable of understanding her bio and chemistry education lmao I am learning some of the sciences I have shyed away from in school which is p cool. LOL, fun fact, I actually bought a little and held till around end of 2016. Sold and put the money into indexes and then in 2018 bought my house for $230k in cash. Now house is valued around $400k. Wish I would have just kept on holding.
