That said, allegedly NamBandai figured out a good way to stop leaks with Tekken by routinely feeding out fake info to source and plug leaks. It's possible Emily's source got played this way

Regardless, we will find out in less than 48 hours lol

Two fighters revealed today for inclusion in the base game: Ken (Ryu echo) and Incineroar. That's it.

Piranha Plant is the most surprising new fighter. He's not in the base game, but he's coming as DLC in early 2019. If you register your copy of the game by January 31, you'll get him for free, but later on he'll cost money.

There will be a $25 DLC season pass, which includes 5 separate packs that each have one new fighter and one new stage. This implies we're getting at least 5 more fighters. They haven't even started developing any of that DLC content.

Some of the deconfirmed characters that almost certainly won't be DLC fighters unless they retract existing content:
Isaac, Shadow, Black Knight, and Spring Man are all assist trophies
Shantae is a spirit
