also the local theater chain here has white castle and even though I know it's vile i kinda like it lol

every once in a while i'll visit the local white castle out of some sort of morbid curiosity, and each time the result is the same:

i'm amazed it had lasted as long as it did because it was never busy and had been complete crap for at least the last ten years

...But now that street corner is even more bleak and dead than it used to be.

I do enjoy some mcdonald's fries and sweet tea on occasion. And some of their ice cream stuff. But I'll never go there on my own for other food unless I'm hangout out with people going there.

And some long john silver's.

however, i did receive a coupon sheet from them the other day, and reading this comment prompted me to do some googling

apparently they've either opened a new location ~20min from me, or maybe it's been there all along and i never realized

i'm thinking it's new because i'd never seen coupons from them before

in any case, i think i'll be paying this new-to-me location a visit soon™

edit: looking at the yelp reviews it's apparently been around since at least 2012 lol
