No, they were prescription, I just don't remember what they were. This was a few years back. I had four teeth cut from skull.

Only alcohol (often, but in moderation) and marijuana (scarcely). I have absolutely no interest in tobacco, but I'd like to do shrooms at some point in my life.

Interestingly enough, I've always taken ibuprofen and as a result I don't think I've ever taken actual aspirin.

Also you should add ecstasy to the poll since it's a pretty common party drug.

emotions and perception is the basis of all lies. love is just some meaningless word that troubadours basterdized so they could cuddle with some rich lady in a castle and now is a purely used a marketing technique.

i think so
i had a friend do a lot of lsd frequently for a couple weeks and he said that the next month of his live (while sober and not taking drugs besides weed probably) was like living in a cartoon. i guess that sort of thing could be unsettling (especially depending on how intense/obtrusive it is) but i think that it could be kinda cool too

i get sober hallucinations if i'm stressed out
also as of two days ago i've been medicated on a psychotropic lol
zoloft

i feel different, i didn't suspect that it'd affect me this quickly
all of my feelings melted and pirouette silently underneath my consciousness
no more euphoric-charged visualizations
no more vivid imaginative scenarios

i just feel 'content', some glimpses into mania
an interview declined me and it hurt my feelings, and it felt a strange kind of hurt
like how i wake up now, and it's a strange different kind of tiredness
they're all so watery

i don't know how to feel about this medication, or if i even need any to begin with
i wish my anxiety was tolerable cry;

also i can't orgasm anymore
and i've lost interest in things i used to be interested in
i don't see a point in poetry or in literature anymore~

Well, this is too easy a bait to take. But I always thought the timing of anti depressant use and the spike in moon face babies was no coincidence. When I learned they were giving  them to girls as young as 15, I had no hope for their ovaries, which are most likely shot.

Of course I did. I posted high on bath salts all the time, some of my most colorful writing/thoughts/passions/attitude ever, but that's beside the point. The fact that you couldn't tell or didn't know just goes to show how much of a non issue it was. It wasn't always pure mephedrone, sometimes it varied into other amphetamine bases. But it wasn't an issue at work or at home, no one knew unless I told them, it just had a negative impact on my health and beliefs.

I did way too much of that shit (though not as 'bath salts') a couple summers ago, and it is neither safe nor healthy to do. it's usually mephedrone, buphedrone, other phenethylamines (same family as 2c's) or amphetamine analogs. doing small amounts feels very much like amphetamines. "threshold" doses feel like unwiring your brain in a very careless and destructive (though emotionally open) rush of energy and totally disoriented euphoria. the comedown from doses like that is acutely awful, and incurable.

if for some retarded reason you do it, do it once. it builds physical tolerance rapidly, which doesn't significantly degrade for 6-12 months. don't even bother "trying" a small amount, it's dirty, untested, synthetic shit. huffing paint or superglue are probably healthier and more effective ways to get high.

I mean the high was a thrill, the mania inspiring, the comedown a bitch and the fatigue unbearable. But, sprinkle a little bit of that stuff on your cock and it was rock solid numb. One was good for hours, and the bust was powerful, in sensation, and yes, force. The only thing that truly sucked was the stress caused by lack of sleep and no appetite/hydration. I was beginning to resemble a holocaust survivor. It's just not sustainable physically, and almost impossible to do on occasion instead of constantly or habitually.

All alcohol tastes terrible, it is poison, mixed drinks don't count, those are just fads that no righteous person would consume. But how it makes you feel is what's important.

that's interesting. you sure it isn't the people that you surround yourself with?
i feel like i have the most fun with alcohol in the sun during the summer.
in bellingham the winters are pretty brutal for washington standards and drinking is definitely less enjoyable when you're stuck inside because of downpour or freezing temperatures

drinking constantly kind of sucks
i went through a two week period between the end of the camp i worked at and school starting where i would drink every night and then be hung over almost every morning. the small window between being hung over and before i started to drink again was the only time that i could do things
it was kind of silly

Definitely not. All my closest friends who I enjoy being inebriated with live in Phoenix. I actually don't really have any close friends in Flagstaff. Last friday it was like 28 degrees at midnight and I think it was the most I've enjoyed being drunk in a long time.
Drinking in the summer in phoenix SUCKS it is soooo hot. Even too hot most of the time to drink by the pool. I hate drinking in the heat. When it gets snowy and cold here I'm just gonna bundle up and drink and be warm I'm cool w it

i never liked alcohol
it's why i drink shots straight up

i just like how it feels sometimes
under medication i get amplification so now i don't need that much alcohol to get a buzz

i don't understand people who drink to themselves
what's the point WHO ARE YOU SOCIAL WITH THEN

also it's such a strange thing for me to become drunk
i'm either livid and brilliantly social or the completely opposite (pained by extreme sadness and bedridden with guilt)

One time I was filling out some time sheets and progress notes for this other job that I occasionally do, and of course I had a bottle of Raki out, taking small shots from it every now and then. Nearby was this Men's Health magazine and I was drawn to its plaster feel and look and the whole image that my mind formed. Well, flipping through the pages, I noticed an article that purported to tell the 10 signs that you're an alcoholic, and one of them was drinking alone. I laughed, and took a huge swig. Then I though, good job publication, but not good enough to affect my psychology. Power be to you and your manner of life.

People thinking drinking alone is a sign of alcoholism is just a societal thing. There is nothing wrong with enjoying a nice drink and having some alone time with your thoughts. Fuck anyone who says otherwise
