Cooking with vinegars? Do you do it?
I bought a whole bunch of vinegars, but i'm unsure how to utilize them correctly for Maximum flavor and it's hard to progress in cooking without having an expert [lawlz] around.
Tho i found adding balsamic vinegar to anything usually makes it better. Malt vinegar is good for fried food and rice vinegar is good for azn shit as well as all kinds of eggs.
I have red wine vinegar and normal vinegar [but i only use this to clean, never cook anymore] that i don't use since idk how.
how to make vinegar cooking great? How does a guy like me do it?? i need to know
