i'm not even sure i'd like it, banans and ice cream don't seem like they would complement each other very well in my imagination lol

are amazing in ice cream. Particularly with some sort of chocolate + nuts. Bonus points for peanut butter.

Banana splits are hit or miss though imo because marshmallow topping is a meh topping and pineapple chunks from a can also suck.
