I know it's supposed to be all about the fat for flavor but I fuckin hate that shit. Used to think I didn't really like steak until I had a filet. I like that juicy tenderness a lot wrench;

I don't really eat that much beef either tbh, I probably have steak like twice a year. Other than that, hamburgers? I usually get a chicken sandwich ahead of hamburgers though
