I've been really big into trance music over the past year, especially in recent months. Does anybody else listen to this genre? It's definitely turned into one of my favorites. I find a lot of tracks very beautiful and uplifting, and tend to take me away to a happier place in my thoughts, for lack of a better phrase. It helped me to overcome depression last semester, and it's great for both listening and dancing to.

Personally I think it's [glow=black,2,300]the worst EDM genre ever[/glow]

But I do like this one song by Vibrasphere and I think Goa trance has an interesting history.

Yeah I downloaded a bunch of it a few years ago. I love Andy Blueman and I'm sure I've posted this before but the second half of the song is just gorgeous to me

I had actually never heard of Andy Blueman. Thanks! doodella; Any other DJ's you like?

EDIT: Also, having now listened to the song in its entirety, I just have to say that the second half is incredible. That's exactly what I'm talking about, when it just takes you away on a journey. I live for that.
