recently played through threads of fate, and it's a very sloppy and strange game but man the ost was shockingly great

composed by Junya Nakano, one of the more underrated of Square Enix's lead composers imo. he'd rarely compose alone, but was often alongside the greats like Uematsu, Hamauzu, and Yamazaki
