i was taught you could salvage bread from mold yea

even some cheeses its ok to cut the mold away

Cheese is basically bacteria shit (mold) so cut off the bad part and eat the rest.

yeah, slightly moldy bread taste good (where it's visibly slightly white glazed but you can't see a y big mold)
