i'm a medium-rare man myself
when i still ate meat i liked it medium-rare because even as a current vegetarian i'm not a piece of shit
so many people come into the restaurant and ask for well-well-well done. it really grinds my gears when they want well done prime rib. i'll roast their asses for 18 hours at 155 and see how they like being served well done

I get medium rare. Anything over medium is a crime against meat

I used to get them Medium well then moved to medium. Then once Applebees (fuckin lol) fucked up and gave me medium rare and i was like shit this is not bad.
So now i get medium rare.
I typically get medium or medium well.

i always like medium or medium rare, my uncle eats it blue rare and that's just too raw for me. :(
I can do rare sometimes but anything less is just disgusting
