Wubi downloads Ubuntu onto your system. Once you run that and it starts downloading the OS you chose, that's it.

Did you already try to install Wubi before downloading this ISO? The only reason you're downloading this ISO is so that you don't have Wubi download it for you (which takes a looooong time).

Make sure the ISO is in the same folder as the Wubi installer. Like, if Wubi is on your desktop, this ISO needs to be on your desktop too.
