Voldemort ordered the snake to kill Snape. Snape died from the fangs that punctured his neck, not the Killing curse (i.e abra kedarbra'd).

Yelling out spoilers of a book at it's release is pathetic. Saying said spoilers incorrectly is even more sad.

It was just like Voldemort telling a Death Eater to kill him. If he ordered Bellatrix to kill Snape and she did, would you still say Voldemort was the killer of Snape?
