Classic games or newer ones?

Do you prefer older games, or newer ones?

I could play NES or SNES for hours on end... but newer consoles and games just don't seem as good.  no;

I can't really pick one.
I'm leaning more towards classic games. But there are many newer games that I do love dearly.
I could go hours playing Mortal Kombat 2, Streetfighter 3, Super Mario World,Super Mario bros.3, Mario Kart, and Donkey Kong Country. Just to name a few.
But then, there are a few series that have been continued, and not completely ruined, that I still love.
Such as the Mortal Kombat games. I've played them since I was a child, and I love seeing how much the games have changed.
I never actually owned Super Mario 64, but I loved the hell out of the game. That's the newest Mario Game I've played, actually. Never played Super Mario Sunshine, but I've heard good things about it.
Mario kart was another favorite of mine for the SNES. It's the only racing game that I've ever enjoyed, and I don't really know if they've fucked it up. I've never played  Mario Kart: Double Dash.
I love the games that stay close to their roots, but pretty soon, they're going to get old and boring.
I don't really see any new decent franchises coming soon that I'll actually enjoy.

Overall, I'm more towards classic games.

The SNES was an all-around powerhouse. It had the best of everything released faster than any other system. Don't even bother denying it.

Nostalgia or not, I love my SNES. I'll admit I have nostalgia.
