Same here. When I do, I wish I hadn't. My teeth are kinda sensitive, but I'd feel like a pussy if I bought that Sensodyne toothpaste or whatever.

The back of my teeth hurts as hell when I eat something cold or hot.

I had them problem once. Tell your dentist about it; he'll probably put some extra sealant on it or otherwise aid the situation.
