Contact->Add Contact. That's how you add a friend. Double click on their name to talk. Is it that hard?

She's never talked to me. She had me add her and shit, but her response is nothing.

She used to talk to me a lot (I'm talking like several hours a day here) but all of a sudden she just stopped talking to me almost entirely a few months ago.
