The correct way: 'June seventh'

I don't know where this phenomenon of saying the cardinal numbers for dates in English has come from but it's irritating as fuck akudood;

It's because people are being dumb and writing dates incorrectly as June 7th, 2021 instead of the standard June 7, 2021

So when they see it written in the correct format they read it without the th
