AIDS is incurable. Everyone is going to infect someone else. Killing them may be "inhumane," but it's even worse to let a virus infect and destroy all of humanity. Really, I can only see the infection rate growing exponentially. Either we can kill a few million now, or we lose a few billion in a few years.
