Also the entire ineptitude of the Arizona Department of Transportation should be illegal.  Interstates 40 and 17 are a joke (add 11 outside the Phoenix metro once it’s created to this list). Most state routes are also garbage but I guess that’s to be expected.  But even in Flagstaff 17 and 40 feel/look like they would be right at home in war-torn Bosnia or Crimea.
