Space Channel 5 Part 2 has been re-released for HD consoles and Steam.

Part 1 is the one with pre-rendered and animated backgrounds so it hasn't been re-released. It is available on the Special Edition for PS2 (with the non-HD Part 2) and on Dreamcast.

Part Two, he's actually part of the story with his own voice put into a song.
