abort this thread tbh

abort this thread, in factTM

Boyah discussion topic "Literally The Current Year And We're Still Having Abortion Debates (On Boyah)", hereby known as Topic 68858, has, In Fact™, already survived two abortion attempts.

Topic 68858 was first cut from the womb of Topic 68828[1], colloquially known as the "Chat Thread".

Topic 68858 was then forcibly removed from Topic 68851[2]: "identifying old world and new world biases in boyagers (warning: cluelessness)".

As Topic 68858 has now clearly demonstrated viability outside of the womb of the "Chat Thread", etc., Topic 68858 has been duly afforded Constitutional Rights and Legal Personhood.

Topic 68858 has repeatedly demonstrated Personal Agency in its continued and ever successful fight for survival.

Therefore, to "abort" Topic 68858 at this point in time would, in concurrence with the opinion of Justice Aubrey T.[3], clearly meet the strict legal qualifications for homicide, and would necessarily be charged as such under the Boyah Criminal Code.

These findings in mind, the Boyah Supreme Court has unanimously decided that the inalienable Right to Life of Topic 68858 must not be infringed.

YPrrrr

Idk it could be utilitarian for the forum if we put it out of its misery however. Would it truly have a happy life being born to a forum that views it with resentment? Plus why should we force the forum to bear this burden of supporting it when there are alternatives??

we have never taken a case on the constitutionality of euthanasia, but i can assure you that what you are suggesting here would beyond a shadow of a doubt be ruled homicide

One's personal resentment for a healthy, viable thread is not just cause for any """euthanasia""" or homicide, Justice. akudood;

threads are not valued for their utility
threads are not valued for their mood

Threads are valued for the very nature of their being. And as such, no thread may be deprived of life except by due process of law.

as we've all now familiarized ourselves with this case (it'll be on the test so be sure you know it well), i'm going to desticky this
