total cost of ingredients:
cost of roaches: energy, but free
duck tape: you can ask your neighbor so i guess its free.  the cost is your time and effort persuading your neighbor
grass: your energy but free

prepare:
collect 1 cup of roaches
german roaches are the best
besure to collect it in a cup that can contain more than two cups. 


umm dont use saran wrap.  just use duck tape.  at least it conseals the darkness that cockroaches can breed in peace with.

leave in room temperature overnight
when u wake up open it

preheat hairstraightener to 420 (literally)
straighten your hair with it for extra spice

collect grass outside

it is best if your tenderize the grass.  so get at least ten people and jump up and down your backyard.  if you're lonely you have to roll in the grass for one hour

the best time to get the grass is after winter.  because its fresher in cold

get your straightener
put it in the cup like you're grabbing some salad with toungues
keep clamped
after two minutes let go
it will look like seaweed
let cool for a few seconds on paper plate

now the grass
put it on the plate

there eat it
