i cried for like four hours today because my mom let her roommate from the mental hopsital move in after they both got released today but then i stopped and just realized ill move out in a few weeks fuck this

it really pushes my limits but i get control over myself (if you're referring to how stressful it may be living w/ them idk, but regardless that is my comment)

my mom has known this 28 yr old girl for a week they met at a mental instituion and as of 10 minutes ago she barged in my room asking me to take her to some dudes house like 10 miles away so he can give her 100 bux and when i say no she tries to give me klonopin?
hasnt even introduced herself to me i just am not about these weird situations in my home i want a calm home

yeah- all my life i've always wanted some place calm.  i mean im grateful that my parents have given me shelter.  but the things that go around here just make me think 2x.  i really strive for that one day when i get to be on my own.  this place causes its own problems and it's hard to deal with people who can't realize them.  everyone i've told my problems also agree that i should move on

tfw i feel sad about myself and anyone who's ever had dad issues.  

i swear, when i become a social worker, (planning to go for teens/college students, but i could do children as well.) one of the few things im going to do is to somehow get fathers more interactive with their children.  (i mean, im going to aim for both parents, but fathers are common in being absent/neglectful/troublesome from studies and etc..  lol i haven't even gone into gay/lesbian/trans parents, but that's a diff. issue)  some sort of male figure- stepfather, grandfather idk.  most people i meet just don't have a father figures or if they do, their fathers are shit.  i can't stand it.  i gotta change this somehow idk.

a lack of male role models is quite possibly the biggest cause of youth crime and it's also a big reason for dropping out of high school and depression and loads of other issues

[spoiler]it's also why a lot of women become sluts and become pregnant from men who don't give a shit about them and repeat the cycle[/spoiler]

my criminal justice teacher was also a social worker and he made himself available to the boys he worked with 24/7. i'm pretty sure he helped keep a lot of kids from going to prison someday.
