my immediate response to this is to say 'sweet', but i hope it doesn't create a sense of martyrdom within what remains of ukraine's far right and inspire them to redouble their efforts or further their extremism, as it would do irreparable damage to ukraine's credibility

despite being staunchly pro-ukrainian and anti-russian (to put it lightly), this guy and his followers were probably the single biggest potential hindrance to ukraine's international support, which it desperately needs atm, and hopefully with him out of the picture (and so long as it doesn't backfire) russia has even less of a legitimate pretext for destroying ukraine
