and i guess 2012 because it was that year a very large amount of  toddlers started playing around with touch screen technology and internet technology that re-wired them permanently unlike any other generation ever?

the last part just means becoming smart enough to read Wikipedia if you're genuinely curious about growth
it doesn't mean 'spiritual growth', it can just mean growth in an interest or hobby.

but, i guess if you were into spiritual growth you'd more likely (along with the rest of the world) will go off and do their new-age kabbalah yoga sessions and go into esotericism like silvertone and snorkle and develop 'insights'
